This candle is made of a colorful wood named purpleheart and a striped wood called zebrawood. The colors of these woods are natural and are finished with several coats of a hand rubbed satin polyurethane. The dimensions of the candle are 8 1 2" long, 4 1 2" wide, and 3 1 4" high. The wood is treated with a fire retardant before the finish is applied. When the candle burns down to the bottom a new block of wax can be purchased and can easily be placed in the same candle box.
